We are now looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team in a paid internship for 6 months and take an active role in shaping the social presence of LUMENE, IDA WARG Beauty and CUTRIN professional hair care brand.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career, or at the end of their studies, who wants hands-on experience working with fast-growing beauty brands in an international environment.

This role is located in our Stockholm office close to Hötorget.

About the role

As Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of our social media channels, ensuring engaging, on-brand, and trend-driven content across platforms. You will support the social and content teams for LUMENE, IDA WARG Beauty and CUTRIN in building strong online communities and bringing our brand strategies to life through social media.

You will work closely with internal teams based both in Stockholm and Espoo, Finland.

Main tasks:

• Plan, create, and publish content across key social media platforms for all three brands

• Develop and execute content aligned with brand and social media strategies

• Create engaging content including copy, visuals, and short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, etc.)

• Manage and engage with our communities (comments, DMs, interactions)

• Monitor trends, competitors, and performance to continuously optimize content

• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and external partners on campaigns and activations

Does this sound like you?

• You are early in your career and have a strong interest in social media and content creation (studies or initial experience in marketing, communications or similar).

• Have a passion for beauty, trends, and digital culture and love all things social media, like staying on top of the latest trends and excited to bring your creativity to our beauty driven community.

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken (Swedish and/or Finnish is a plus).

• Available to work full-time.

• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally (approx. every 1-2 months or when needed).
