Lumene Group’s vision is to be the number one beauty company from the Nordics, recognized for our leading work in circular beauty among a wide international consumer group. We are a pioneer in the circular economy and bringing the power of the wild Nordic nature to the reach of all. Lumene Group is the home of four Nordic beauty brands: LUMENE, CUTRIN, IDA WARG Beauty and PROMISE.
Are you an early-career professional who enjoys working with data just as much as with people? And curious how a beauty brand gets its products from Nordic nature onto shelves worldwide? We'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for a Demand and Supply Planner to join our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) team located in Espoo. You'll own demand and supply planning for your assigned market(s) or brand(s), a real, hands-on role with genuine responsibility. You'll work closely with commercial teams, key account managers, and the S&OP team, driving your own markets from forecasting through to inventory and availability decisions.
Key responsibilities
Manage demand planning for your market(s)/brand(s) in RELEX (our planning system); act as the go-to contact and lead monthly demand/market reviews with Key Account Managers, following up on agreed actions.
Monitor forecast accuracy and bias (SWAPE), proactively fixing issues in baseline and campaign forecasts, and drive novelty and campaign planning end-to-end for your scope.
Track service level, out-of-stock, and lost-sales tracking and help resolve issues before they escalate.
Handle slow-moving stock, ramp-downs, and Months on Inventory (MOI); coordinate stock transfers and availability coordination for your markets.
Own preparation of materials for S&OP sign-off meetings and other planning forums.
Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Commercial teams on supply and demand topics affecting your scope.
Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting for your area, bringing your own ideas along the way.
Build hands-on expertise in RELEX and SAP, and bring a digital-first mindset to help improve how the team works, reports, and automates.
Requirements
University degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or related field.
Some previous experience in an S&OP or supply chain function.
Analytical mindset, good Excel skills, comfortable using AI tools to work smarter.
Working proficiency in Finnish and English.
Genuine interest in supply chain, planning, and the FMCG/beauty industry.
What Will Help You Succeed
Positive, genuinely curious, and quick to learn new systems and tools.
Structured and detail-oriented while keeping the bigger picture in view.
Comfortable taking initiative and seeing tasks through.
Team player who contributes actively in cross-functional collaboration.
Motivated to grow into a broader planning or supply chain role over time.
What we offer you
A structured on-boarding and hands-on mentoring from experienced planners as you build your skills.
With our current hybrid work model, you will have the flexibility to work in the office a few days a week, while also enjoying the comfort of working remotely on the other days.
We offer various benefits to support your well-being and work-life balance, including access to the mental well-being service Auntie and a wellness benefit through Epassi.
The time spent together is valuable for us, and we regularly organize company and team-building activities to promote strong relationships and innovative thinking.
Last, but not least - if you love our products as much as we do, you might want to know that our employees have the opportunity to buy our products at reduced prices!
