We are looking for an AI & IT Director to own Lumene Group's AI and IT strategy end to end, including the target operating model, enterprise architecture, IT budget and vendor governance. You will lead an in-house team, with execution delivered through our strategic outsourcing partners, and represent AI and IT in executive relationships and decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Directly leading the internal IT team (Business Solutions, Data & Analytics, Workplace & Vendor Ops), with the Data & Analytics team reporting directly to you.

• Acting as the sole in-house owner of Security & Compliance and enterprise. architecture/infrastructure. There is no dedicated in-house team for these areas, so execution is delivered by you personally or through outsourced partners.

• Owning vendor governance for our strategic outsourcing partners, including SLAs, service reviews, escalations and contract renewals.

• Ensuring security and compliance accountability (GDPR, NIS2, AI Act) even where execution is outsourced, including leading the ISMS forum.

• Driving the digital transformation and AI adoption agenda across the business.

• Making sure business demand from commercial, supply chain and finance/HR is properly translated into IT priorities.

• Acting as the final escalation point for major incidents and cross-functional IT decisions.

What you bring

• At least eight years of experience in senior IT leadership, ideally including leading a transition to a partly or fully outsourced IT operating model.

• A proven track record of managing strategic vendor relationships and multi-partner delivery models.

• Strong grounding in enterprise architecture, cybersecurity and compliance (GDPR, NIS2), and data/AI strategy.

• Strong experience with GenAI/LLM platforms (e.g. Claude).

• Experience leading organizational change.

• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

• A Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).

• Fluent English and Finnish.
